1) high vs. highly

2) wide vs. widely

3) deep vs. deeply

今天一併來搞定吧:

同樣都是副詞時，不加ly的表"度量衡"概念；而加ly則視為"抽象"概念:

1) high vs. highly:

The aircraft flew high. (...飛得高；其副詞high修飾動詞flew)

These suspense novels are highly recommended. (...高度地受推崇；其副詞highly修飾分詞recommended)

2) wide vs. widely:

Please leave the window wide open. (...將窗戶大大開著；"寬廣"之意；其副詞wide修飾形容詞open)

Nowadays computers are widely used. (...廣泛地被使用；其副詞widely修飾used)

3) deep vs. deeply:

The adventurers went deep into the mysterious jungle. （深入神秘叢林；其副詞deep修飾動詞went）

I was deeply hurt. (深深地受傷害；其副詞deeply修飾分詞hurt)
